LaEisha Howard

When 12/14 Founder & CEO, LaEisha Howard started her career in Human Resources in 1998 she thought it would be a temporary career move for her. However, the ever changing landscape of Human Resources proved her wrong as she fell in love with the work effortlessly. Holding several positions within Human Resources, LaEisha has been categorized as a subject matter expert, thought-leader, and one of the most sought after HR Executives. As a Global HR Consultant she speaks to audiences on various topics such as leadership development, organizational development, employee performance, HR strategies, employee well-being, and DEIB (diversity, equity inclusion & belonging).

Her passion for empowering those around her has allowed a perfect balance in her leadership approach to HR. She understands the balance between leading with a human centered approach and immersing effective HR strategies into organization.

In addition to her work in Human Resources, LaEisha is a speaker, writer, author and the Co-Founder of Threads of Change, a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of under-represented youth. She is a mental health and wellness advocate with a large focus on bringing awareness to mental health among students, athletes, and communities of color.

In her free time she loves watching her adult daughter play soccer, spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading, wine tasting, hiking and running.
